Top 10 Hill News Events of Past 20 Yrs...

I've only been living on W.H. since 1999, so my view is limited. Some suggestions below, in no particular order (so they aren't numbered--the numbering could happen later):

-- 1989: old (c. 1834) Heydenburk House razed near Crane Park, nobody was aware it happened;

-- 2006: efforts to build condos on N edge of Crane Park; this threat reappears over years;

Others? What am I totally unaware of?
